The present invention relates to a method for preparing a porous supporter for wound healing or hemostasis comprising an aqueous solution of silk fibroin and a solution of oxidized cellulose nanofibers. A porous hemostatic agent has excellent biocompatibility, cell proliferation effect and swelling property, and is also excellent in wound healing effect. The present invention has an advantage of absorbing exudates of blood and wounds during transplantation in vivo and promoting regeneration of tissues, and thus can be used as a wound healing agent, a hemostatic agent, or wound dressing.
