A cleaning and cooling device for the interior of an animal husbandry breeding shed and a method thereof. The device comprises a bottom plate (1). A cleaning tank (2) is fixedly connected to the top of the bottom plate (1). A central shaft (3) is rotatably connected in the cleaning tank (2). A mixing structure is connected to the outer side of the central shaft (3). A cylindrical tube (8) is fixedly connected to the top of the bottom plate (1). A vertical shaft (9) is vertically and rotatably installed in the cylindrical tube (8). A plurality of water flow blades (10) are fixedly installed on the outer side of the vertical shaft (9). A high-pressure water pump (7) is fixedly connected to one side of the cleaning tank (2). The water inlet of the high-pressure water pump (7) is communicated with the cleaning tank (2). The device can thoroughly clean the interior of a breeding shed, mix cleaning water and disinfectant powder, blow cold air into the interior of the breeding shed, and effectively cool the breeding shed.
