A lens-free microscopic imaging system (11), which is used for imaging micro-beads (15) that have graphic coding and which comprises an illumination system (11a) and an imaging system (11b); the illumination system (11a) comprises an illuminating light source (111) and an excitation light source (112); the imaging system (11b) comprises an image sensor (113); the illuminating light source (111) is used for emitting illuminating light to illuminate the micro-beads (15) such that same are projected onto the image sensor (113) for imaging; the excitation light source (112) is used to emit excitation light to excite the micro-beads (15) such that the micro-beads (15) emit specific signals; the image sensor (113) is used to collect images of the micro-beads (15) and the specific signals so as to produce an image; and no lens system is provided in the imaging system (11). The described system increases the efficiency of detecting the micro-beads (15).
