METHOD FOR RECOGNIZING ROADSIDE PARKING BEHAVIOR IN COMPLEX SCENARIO ON BASIS OF VIDEO FRAMES

A method for recognizing a roadside parking behavior in a complex scenario on the basis of video frames, the method comprising: drawing a parking space area in a video device; detecting vehicles in continuous video frames and comparing differences between vehicles in the parking space area in the continuous video frames; preliminarily determining a vehicle that may be performing a parking behavior; and then, by means of detecting an auxiliary target of each different vehicle and in combination with comparing differences between the vehicles and the auxiliary targets in the continuous video frames, determining the roadside parking behavior of the vehicle in a complex scenario. The present recognition method is based on processing continuous video frames of an image, has high computational efficiency, and is suitable for the scenario of urban roadside parking, and the described method has great significance in increasing the accuracy in recognizing urban roadside parking behaviors as well as increasing the level of automation of parking management systems.
