A blood circulatory system health condition evaluation device (100), a physiological index decline contribution assessment method, and a blood circulatory system health condition evaluation method. The blood circulatory system health condition evaluation device (100) comprises: a physiological index decline contribution assessment module (110) used to calculate, according to a measurement value of a physiological index to be analyzed of a test subject, a decline contribution score of the physiological index, the decline contribution score characterizing a contribution of the physiological index to a health decline of the test subject; and a blood health assessment module (120) used to determine, according to a decline contribution score of each physiological index related to a blood circulatory system health condition of the test subject that is obtained by calculation of the physiological index decline contribution assessment module, the health condition of a blood circulatory system of the test subject. The device is capable of performing direct analysis and assessment on a contribution of each physiological index to a health decline of a human body and on a blood circulatory system health condition.
