The present invention relates to a Miura-Ori folding structure-based electrically conductive elastomer and an application thereof. The Miura-Ori folding structure-based electrically conductive elastomer comprises a body, and the body is an electrically conductive composite elastomer and has a Miura-Ori folding structure. The Miura-Ori folding structure-based electrically conductive elastomer in the present invention has a small resistance change in a stretching process, so that bonding strength of electrically conductive fillers and more stable electrical conductivity are ensured; in application to an electrically conductive device for a gesture sensing element, a sensing part (planar structure) and a wire part (Miura-Ori folding structure) can be formed at one time by a mold pressing method, without additional bonding and welding processes, thus preventing problems such as break of a wire caused by poor connectivity in the stretching processes.
