The present invention relates to a reagent kit for measuring glycated albumin comprising an albumin pretreatment and reaction reagent capable of measuring the glycated albumin ratio, a glycated albumin reaction reagent, and a protein precipitating agent, and a method for measuring the glycated albumin ratio using the same. The method for measuring the glycosylated albumin ratio according to the present invention comprises the steps of (a) reacting albumin pretreatment and reaction reagents with serum or plasma; (b) reacting the reaction product of the albumin pretreatment and reaction reagent into the saccharified albumin reaction reagent; (c) reacting the reaction product of the glycated albumin reaction reagent into a protein precipitant; (d) administering the reactant with the protein precipitating agent to the measuring pad of the cartridge and then washing with a washing solution; and (e) calculating the glycated albumin ratio by measuring the optical reflectivity of the measuring pad with an optical instrument.
