The present invention relates to a reagent kit for measuring the glycated albumin ratio capable of diagnosing diabetes mellitus and a method for measuring the glycated albumin ratio using the same, and more particularly, to gold nanoparticles to which an albumin antibody is bound and a boronic acid derivative to which a dye is bound.
