An installation contains pipelines equipped with pumps and shut-off and regulating equipment, a raw material tank with an input of feeding raw materials from an external source, tanks for the preparation and dosing of reagents, heaters, tanks for the input of catalysts, the first, the second, the third and the fourth columns, air refrigerators, a storage tank of diesel fuel, a storage tank of gasoline. The installation additionally contains a common storage tank for a mixture of initial heavy processed products related to fractions of bitumen, industrial oil and residues of unprocessed fuel oil fractions, wherein the tank is connected by its inlet to drains of the first and the second columns, which are made with the possibility of separating bitumen and industrial oil as part of the specified mixture, and by its outlet - to the tank of raw materials supplied to the input of the installation. ;EFFECT: creation of an installation for the disposal of waste from fuel oil production and fuel oil sludge for the most complete conversion of them into light petroleum products, mainly diesel fuel and gasoline.;2 cl, 2 dwg
