The present invention relates to a compound having a biological surfactant activity produced from Aureobasidium pullulans A11231-1-58 (Accession No. KCTC 13895BP) strain. The structure of the compound having the active ingredient of the biological surfactant was confirmed by spectroscopy. The active ingredient of the biological surfactant of the present invention can be used for various purposes, for example, it can be used as a composition for cleaning and purification, in addition to pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, oil pollution purification on land and sea, milk fat decomposition in treatment tanks, etc. It can be used in most various industrial fields where chemically synthesized surfactants are used.
