The present invention relates to a compound having an activity of a biosurfactant produced from aureobasidium pullulans DY08061-2-21 (accession number KCCM11890P) strain. According to the present invention, a structure of a compound having an active ingredient of a biosurfactant is confirmed by using a spectroscopy. The active ingredient of the biosurfactant of the present invention can be used for various purposes, for example, a cleaning and purifying composition and the like, and can be also used in most industrial fields where chemical synthesis surfactants are used, such as medicines, food, cosmetics, land- and marine oil pollution purification, and butterfat decomposition of a treatment tank.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
