The present invention provides an acoustic signal processing system including an input module, a phase difference module, a delay distribution module, and a delay estimation module configured to perform final delay estimation according to the delay distribution. A final delay estimate is applied to align one of the two selected channels and combine the two channels to obtain the signal of interest. The phase difference module calculates the phase difference of frequency bins in a predetermined range. The delay estimation module overcomes the ambiguity of high-frequency bins when the interval between two acoustic sensors is longer than half the wavelength by considering all possible delays derived from the phase difference, including multiples of ±2π.
