Provided is a method for extracting an orchid embryo tissue extract. The method comprises the steps of: carrying out ultrasonic extraction; and filtering and removing a solvent. The whole process is carried out at a non-high temperature so that a low boiling point and volatilization of effective matters can be avoided and the growth activity of embryo tissues can be maintained. The obtained extract has a high total polyphenols content and total flavonoids content and has energy-activating, anti-wrinkle, anti-inflammatory, whitening, anti-oxidation, anti-ageing, protection, repairing effects, etc. after being added into cosmetics and healthcare products.
