The method comprises: acquiring first proof information of a user file, wherein the first proof information is generated according to digest information, signature information and a preset public key (S110); verifying the first proof information, and when a verification result shows that the first proof information is true, storing the first proof information, aggregating and signing the first proof information according to a preset private key so as to generate second proof information, and sending the second proof information to at least one maintenance server (S120); at the same time, receiving third proof information sent by the at least one maintenance server (S130); verifying the third proof information, and signing the third proof information according to a verification result and the preset private key so as to generate fourth proof information (S140); and determining, according to the second proof information and the fourth proof information, whether the file actually exists (S150).
