The present invention provides a reaction enhancement system and process for producing PTA by PX having a built-in micro-interface unit. Said system comprises: a reactor and a micro-interface unit provided within the reactor; the reactor comprises a housing, an inner cylinder concentrically provided inside the housing, and a circulating heat exchange device partially provided outside the housing; a bottom end of the inner cylinder is connected to an inner bottom surface of the housing in a closed manner, and the top end of the inner cylinder is open; the region between the housing and the inner cylinder is a first reaction region, the interior of the inner cylinder is sequentially divided into a second reaction region and a third reaction region from top to bottom, and the circulating heat exchange device is connected to the inner cylinder and the micro-interface unit respectively. The present invention effectively solves the problems of excessive waste of a reactive solvent of acetic acid at a high temperature and a high pressure in an existing process for producing PTA by PX, and the product TA being unable to be taken out in time, and greatly reduces energy consumption, saves a solvent of acetic acid, and increases the reaction efficiency.
