An oxidation enhancement system for producing PTA by PX having an external micro-interface unit, comprising: a reactor, a circulating heat exchange device and a micro-interface unit; the reactor comprises a housing (10) and an inner cylinder (11) concentrically provided inside the housing (10); the circulating heat exchange device is provided outside the reactor and is connected to the housing (10) and the inner cylinder (11) respectively for regulating the reaction temperatures, during reaction, of a first reaction region (12), a second reaction region (13) and a third reaction region (14) which are provided inside the reactor; and the micro-interface unit is connected between the reactor and the circulating heat exchange device, and is connected to an external feeding pipeline of the reactor.
