DSF-DEGRADING ENZYME CODING GENE FADY AND APPLICATIONS THEREOF

A DSF-degrading enzyme coding gene fadY and applications thereof. The gene is produced by cloning Acinetobacter lactucae strain QL-1 and the nucleotide sequence of the gene is as represented by SEQ ID NO. 1. The coding gene fadY, when expressed in a host plant, significantly increases the disease resistance of the host plant with respect to pathogenic bacteria mediated by QS signal molecule DSF, and provides an effective biotechnological means for degrading QS signal molecule DSF.
