The present disclosure provides a three-dimensional head model constructing method, a device, a system and a storage medium. The three-dimensional head model constructing method comprises: acquiring at least one face image of a user; acquiring face contour feature points in the at least one face image of the user, the face contour feature points being capable of characterizing a contour of the face or facial features of the user; selecting a standard three-dimensional head model according to the face contour feature points; obtaining face local feature points in at least one face image of the user, the face local feature points being capable of reflecting refined features of a face shape of the user and refined features of the facial features; and correcting the selected standard three-dimensional head model according to the face local feature points, so as to obtain a three-dimensional head model conforming to the face features of the user.
