Disclosed in the present invention is a signal transmitting device for reducing transient electromagnetic turn-off time, comprising a transmitting coil, an electronic switch I that controls the connection mode of the transmitting coil, and an electronic switch II that forms bridges. The transmitting coil is a twisted pair wire; the twisted pair wire comprises a first wire and a second wire; the first wire is connected to one end of the electronic switch II, the other end of the electronic switch II is connected to one end of the electronic switch I, and the other end of the electronic switch I is connected to the second wire; the electronic switch I controls the connection mode of two ends of the first wire and the second wire to be in front-to-front-end connection, rear-to-rear-end connection, or front-to-rear-end connection, such that the first wire and the second wire are connected to form a transmitting circuit. The present invention can significantly reduce the turn-off time of the current transmission, effectively measure early channel signals, improve the signal-to-noise ratio of late channels, and achieve effective extraction of transient electromagnetic shallow and deep geology information.
