[Problem] To provide a user interface which is simpler, has excellent listability, and can collectively perform medical examination, accounting and payment processing. [Solution] The present invention is an electronic medical record terminal for an animal patient having a touch display, which comprises: a storage unit which stores animal patient information and accounting history information; an extraction unit which extracts new record information newly created on the day of the visit, from the animal patient information; a calculation unit which calculates an individual remuneration amount calculated for each new piece of record information on the basis of the extracted new record information and the total remuneration amount that is the total amount of the individual remuneration amount; a display unit which generates a payment amount from the total remuneration and displays the payment amount on at least the touch display; a reception unit which receives the input of the received amount received from the owner/user; a payment processing unit which performs a payment process on the basis of the payment amount and the receipt amount; and a registration unit which registers the payment process in the accounting history information.
