The present invention relates to a micro-flow shut-off check valve for a water meter. In the present invention, a fluid inlet 110 and a fluid outlet 120 are formed in the valve body 101 of the micro-flow shutoff check valve for a water meter. A first installation space 130 in which the first valve assembly 200 is vertically movable is formed in the valve body 101 . A discharge hole 134 opened and closed by the first valve assembly 200 is formed in the first installation space 130 . A second installation space 140 is installed in the valve body 101 . A pilot passage 150 is formed between the first installation space 130 and the second installation space 140 . The second valve assembly 300 is installed in the second installation space 140 to be movable left and right. The second valve assembly 300 selectively opens and closes the outlet of the pilot passage 150 . According to the present invention having such a configuration, since it is possible to precisely control the opening and closing of the pilot passage connected to the fluid inlet and the discharge hole connected to the fluid outlet, there is an advantage in that it is possible to completely block the micro flow rate generated in the water meter outlet pipe.
