PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gliding body which reaches a target in a short time. A gliding control device 220 includes a communication device 221 that communicates with an attitude control device 230 of a gliding body 200, and an arithmetic unit 224 that controls the attitude control device 230. The arithmetic unit 224 acquires the velocity of the gliding body 200, and controls the attitude control device 230 so as to generate a downward lift 570 when the velocity is equal to or higher than the first space velocity.
