Wide-area optical photothermal infrared spectroscopy

摘要

Devices and methods for microscopic analysis of samples by simultaneously characterizing the infrared absorption properties of multiple spatially resolved positions are described herein. These devices and methods improve sampling time while collecting microscopic data on the composition of the sample over a wide field of view.
