An epidemic prevention helmet, comprising: a helmet body (10); temperature measuring assemblies (20), the number of the temperature measuring assemblies (20) being one or more, and at least one temperature measuring assembly (20) being provided on the helmet body (10) and carrying out temperature measurement on a surrounding environment and a target by means of thermal imaging; goggles (30) which are provided on the front side of the helmet body (10) and can be detached or stored; an AR display assembly (40) which is provided on the side, facing the human face, of the goggles (30) and can be at least used for displaying temperature information and image information, measured by the temperature measuring assemblies (20), of an object; and a mainboard assembly which is arranged in an interlayer of the helmet body (10) and electrically connected to the temperature measuring assemblies (20) and the AR display assembly (40). The problem in the prior art that detection is inconvenient during epidemic prevention detection is solved.
