A human-machine interaction control method, apparatus and system, and an electronic device and a storage medium, relating to the technical field of human-machine interaction. The method comprises: obtaining a recognition result of the environment around a human-machine interaction interface (S101); according to the recognition result of the environment, determining the working mode of a digital human displayed on the human-machine interaction interface (S102), the working mode comprising at least one of the following: a self-display mode, an active interaction mode, and a wake-up interaction mode; and controlling the digital human to output, by means of the human-machine interaction interface, an operation corresponding to the working mode (S103). By determining the working mode of the digital human according to the recognition result of the environment, the problem in the prior art of a single interaction mode caused by wake-up of the digital human simply by a wake-up word is avoided. Since different working modes can be used to interact with users, the diversity and flexibility of interaction modes can be achieved, and the interaction experience of the users can be improved.
