All devices or methods corresponding to the state of the art can only recognize RFID tags or the metal. The invention has set itself the technical task of initiating or establishing precisely this direct communication between the location-managing computer system and that in a vehicle, which is precisely positioned in a very specific place. The invention consists of two communication modules, a floor module and a vehicle module . The floor assembly is mounted on or in the lane / parking space and thus defines the exact position of the vehicle. It communicates with the location-managing computer system and offers it a communication channel with an exact reference to the installation location of the antenna (s) of the floor assembly. The vehicle assembly in the vehicle is provided with antennas / coils pointing downwards and is available in the vehicle to the computers (on-board computers and smartphones) as a communication channel. In this way, at the moment when the vehicle is driving or stationary via the antenna (s) of the floor assembly, data can be exchanged between the location-managing computer system and the vehicle-internal computers.
