To provide a tunnel construction process recording device and a tunnel cycle time management device to record real-time information based on an actual tunnel construction process without any intervention by personal.SOLUTION: A management device 10 comprises: an information acquisition section 11 acquiring in time sequence electricity consumption information corresponding to consumption of each device or a group of equipment from power source units of a plurality of devices used in a tunnel construction; a process determination section 12 determining a corresponding tunnel construction process through analyzing the electricity consumption information acquired in time sequence with the information acquisition section 11; and a storage section 13 recording information based on the tunnel construction process determined by the process determination section 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
