To provide a personal data trust system, so that each individual determines a provision destination and conditions of use and the like of personal data (PD), and can mainly lead the distribution of the PD.SOLUTION: A personal data trust system 1000 comprises: a PD management operation server 100 which communicates with external servers 500, 610 which have and/or use PD, and manages the PD on the basis of conditions set by an individual having the PD; and a PD distribution record and value calculation unit 200 which acquires a distribution history of the PD from the PD management operation server 100 and/or the external servers 500, 610 and records the distribution history of the PD.
