To provide a radio LAN access point capable of automatically and effectively executing power saving.SOLUTION: A terminal operation learning unit 12 is configured to, from a result obtained by collecting terminal operation information of each of radio terminal devices preliminarily registered as learning objects by a terminal operation information collection unit 13, acquire a learning result related to a terminal operation of each of the radio terminal devices, and to determine whether or not the acquired learning result satisfies a radio communication OFF control condition preliminarily set in a radio communication OFF control condition table 21 as a condition for setting radio communication in an OFF (invalid) state, and to, when there exists the radio terminal device satisfying the radio communication OFF control condition, set the radio communication between itself and the pertinent radio terminal device in the OFF (invalid) state. Therefore, it is possible to automatically and effectively achieve power saving of the radio LAN access point 100 in a form of considering the life style of a user of each of the radio terminal devices as the learning objects.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
