PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring the content of calcium propionate in a cement-based hardened body such as concrete. SOLUTION: Propion in a cement-based cured product can be brought into contact with an acid, and then the content of propionic acid in the acid brought into contact with the cement-based cured product is measured. A method for measuring the content of calcium propionate in a hardened cement-based product in which the pH of the acid in contact with the hardened cement-based product is 3.0 or less is provided.
