Methods and systems are disclosed that use liquid chromatography / tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS and 2D-LC-MS / MS) for genotype proteome analysis. In certain embodiments, the sample used for analysis comprises dried body fluid. In some embodiments, the subject matter of the present disclosure provides methods and systems for proteome determination of the genotype of interest in a sample. This method can be embodied in various ways.
