Problem: an image in the body cavity of an examinee taken through an anus mirror is outputted so that its center and upper and lower right and left positions always coincide with the center and upper and lower left and right positions of the observation field through the anus mirror.The anamorphic mirror 2 has an imaging unit 5 detachably mounted in the cylindrical body 4.In the imaging unit, an image pickup device for photographing the inside of the body cavity from the opening 6 of the cylindrical body portion and its optical system are disposed coaxially with the axis of the housing.The image pickup unit is mounted in the cylindrical body portion by coaxial member and positioned in the circumferential and axial directions by an adaptor member 8 interposed between them.The cylindrical body portion comprises a base end side cylindrical portion 4a to which an image pickup unit is mounted, and a front end cylindrical portion 4B which is externally connected to its tip end.Diagram
