HOLDING AND TAKING DEVICE FOR INTERVERTEBRAL FORAMEN ENDOSCOPIC FUSION AND SURGICAL INSTRUMENT ASSEMBLY

A holding and taking device (B1) for intervertebral foramen endoscopic fusion and a surgical instrument assembly. During surgery, an anti-torque sleeve (B1-2), an outer sleeve (B1-3) and a fusion cage of the holding and taking device (B1) are combined in vitro to achieve clamping of the fusion cage; then, the combined holding and taking device (B1) and the fusion cage are fed into a body; an inner rod (B1-1) is inserted into the anti-torque sleeve (B1-2) to push an opening part (A1-2) to move to a head end of a support body (A1-12) along an axial direction so as to achieve distraction of the fusion cage; the inner rod (B1-1) is taken out, and a bone grafting funnel (C1) is mounted at a tail end of the anti-torque sleeve (B1-2); bone grafting operation is performed; after bone grafting is completed, the anti-torque sleeve (B1-2) is screwed out of the fusion cage and taken out of the body; and finally, an end portion of a pre-tightening wrench (D1) fixedly provided with a plug screw (A1-3) stretches into an inner cavity of the outer sleeve (B1-3) and is installed in a plug screw installation hole (A1-18) of the fusion cage so as to complete cap sealing operation, and the outer sleeve (B1-3) is separated from the fusion cage and taken out of the body. The holding and taking device (B1) may integrate functions of holding and taking, implantation, distraction, bone grafting, cap sealing and the like, the operation workload of doctors may be greatly reduced, and efficient and high-quality operation is thus achieved.
