EUROPEAN STANDARD-BASED DOUBLE-GUN HIGH-POWER QUICK CHARGING SYSTEM AND METHOD

A European standard-based double-gun high-power quick charging system and method. The system comprises: a battery management system (BMS), and at least two paths of corresponding charging communication modules (EVCC and SECC), chargers and charging high-voltage loops, wherein each charger is used for being connected to at least one charging gun; the BMS performs independent control on the charging communication modules (EVCC and SECC), performs independent control on the charging high-voltage loops, and performs mapping management on a control signal and the charging high-voltage loops; information interaction between different charging control units and the chargers is independently performed. The problem that the chargers are idle is solved by designing the system compatibility and a time sequence difference when a double-gun system is accessed, so that the charging speed is increased, and the problems that a vehicle occupies charging resources for a long time and the utilization efficiency of the vehicle is not high are avoided; and initial charging of a vehicle battery system is subjected to insulation detection, and the system safety is improved.
