Provided is a sound source location determination device which can determine whether a sound source is located inside or outside a closed space, the sound source corresponding to an acoustic signal received by means of a microphone installed in the closed space. The present invention comprises: a first microphone disposed at a location at which a sound coming from the inside of the closed space is easily received; a second microphone disposed at a location at which a sound coming from the outside of the closed space is easily received; a power ratio calculation unit which calculates a power ratio between an acoustic signal received by the first microphone in a prescribed time period determined in advance to be treated as the same time, and an acoustic signal received by the second microphone in the time period; and a determination unit which determines, on the basis of the power ratio, whether a sound received in the time period comes from the inside or the outside of the closed space.
