Disclosed are an OWL-Horst ontology reasoning method and apparatus using a distributed table structure in a cloud computing environment. According to the present invention, provided is the OWL-Horst ontology reasoning apparatus comprising: a processor; and a memory connected to the processor, wherein the memory stores program instructions executable by the processor to divide a plurality of OWL-Horst reasoning rules into one or more rules included in schema reasoning, instance reasoning, type reasoning, sameAs reasoning, and exception instance reasoning, in consideration of independency and dependency of the rules, and sequentially perform the schema reasoning, instance reasoning, type reasoning, sameAs reasoning, and exception instance reasoning, on the basis of a spark data frame including a column consisting of a subject, a property, and an object, and a row including information about an object corresponding to each column.
