The present invention relates to a carotid diagnosis system and, particularly, to a system for diagnosing symptoms of carotid arteries by using one or more artificial neural networks, the system comprising: a carotid extraction unit for extracting a carotid vessel image from a carotid ultrasound image by using a pre-trained first artificial neural network; and a carotid diagnosis unit, which diagnoses whether the carotid arteries are normal from the carotid vessel image by using a pre-trained second artificial neural network, so as to output the diagnosis result.
