According to the present specification, the method comprising: receiving, by an apparatus for diagnosing a blood vessel age, an image obtained by photographing an object from an imaging apparatus; extracting, by the blood vessel age diagnosis apparatus, a three-dimensional binary blood vessel image from the image; extracting, by the blood vessel age diagnosis apparatus, blood vessel division regions for each anatomically divided region from the three-dimensional binary blood vessel image; extracting, by the blood vessel age diagnosis apparatus, a center line connecting center points of a first blood vessel section using the blood vessel division regions; calculating, by the blood vessel age diagnosis apparatus, a distortion value of a blood vessel based on the center line; and inferring, by the vascular age diagnosis apparatus, the vascular age of the subject based on the distortion value.
