According to the present invention, provided is a blood vessel age diagnosis method which comprises the steps of: allowing a blood vessel age diagnosis device to receive an image of photographing a subject from an image photographing device; allowing the blood vessel age diagnosis device to extract a three-dimensional binary blood vessel image; allowing the blood vessel age diagnosis device to extract blood vessel segmentation regions for each anatomically separated region from the three-dimensional binary vessel image; allowing the blood vessel age diagnosis device to extract a center line connecting center points of a first blood vessel section by using the blood vessel segmentation regions; allowing the blood vessel age diagnosis device to calculate a warping value based on the center line; and allowing the blood vessel age diagnosis device to infer a blood vessel age of the subject based on the warping value.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
