The present invention relates to a negative pressure hospital room system having an ozone generator for sterilizing a discharge box, the system comprising: a discharge box for taking out articles inside the negative pressure hospital room; a coupling device installed on the window of the negative pressure ward so that the carry-out box can be mounted on the outside of the negative pressure ward; and an ozone generating device installed outside the negative pressure ward to inject ozone into the discharging box.
