A communication device designed to transmit data to an infrastructure device of a wireless communications network shall be provided. For at least a few designs, the first segment comprises a first code block group and the second segment comprises a second code block group, the first code block group and the second code block group each comprising one or more code blocks,which each include a cyclical redundancy test CRC. For at least a few designs, the part of PUSCF1 in the first segment and the part of PUSCF1 in the second segment are formed by the communication device using the same rate adjustment.
