PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deviation determination device which can allow a small degree of deviation from a standard reference pattern concerning time series load data, and the like.SOLUTION: A deviation determination device of one embodiment includes a determination object data storage part, a reference data storage part, an allowable data storage part and a deviation determination part. The determination object data storage part stores determination object data being time series data of a load value of a determination object. The reference data storage part stores reference data representing a reference related to a variation pattern of a load. The allowable data storage part stores allowable data representing an allowance when the variation pattern of the load deviates from the reference. The deviation determination part determines whether or not time series of the load value represented by the determination object data deviates from the reference represented by the reference data depending on whether or not it exceeds an allowable range represented by the allowable data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
