To provide a lighting control system in which delay and missing of control are suppressed by optimizing operation during utilization of system thereby reducing the number of communication frames during lighting control.SOLUTION: In a lighting control system 1 having a master unit 3 and one or more slave units 4, where a lighting apparatus 5 is connected with the slave unit 4, the master unit 3 includes a master unit radio communication part 30 capable of radiocommunication with the slave unit 4, a memory 32 storing a connection slave unit 4C in network connection with the master unit 3 and a non-connection slave unit 4N not in network connection with the master unit 3, a lighting control part 34 executing lighting control processing P12 for controlling the master unit radio communication part 30 to transmit lighting control data for lighting apparatus 5 to the connection slave unit 4C, and a connection processing part 33 executing normal survival confirmation processing P11 for transmitting a survival confirmation command from the master unit radio communication part 30 to the non-connection slave unit 4N, at a limited timing other than the lighting control processing P12, and determining the network connection state of the non-connection slave unit 4N in response to a survival confirmation response to the survival confirmation command.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
