According to some embodiments, a method for use in a wireless device to obtain system information (SI) of a second cell, wherein the first cell is operable to use two or more transmission time intervals (TTIs), the method comprising: obtaining a request to obtain the SI of the second cell; acquiring the SI of the second cell during period T0; and determining a TTI length used in the first cell. In response to receiving downlink data from the first cell during time T0: when the determined TTI length is a first TTI value (TTI1), the method includes: a first minimum number (N1) in the uplink of the first cell during T0 ) of uplink feedback signals; and when the determined TTI length is a second TTI value (TTI2), the method further includes transmitting a second minimum number (N2) of uplink feedback signals in an uplink of the first cell during T0.
