The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an artificial cornea. A method for manufacturing an artificial cornea according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) generating a 3D image of the cornea using a 2D (dimension) tomography image of the cornea; (b) obtaining shape information about the cornea from a 3D image of the cornea; (c) determining an incision area of the cornea using shape information about the cornea; and (d) manufacturing an artificial cornea based on the incision area of the cornea.
