A spiral-grooved tube manufacturing device includes: a tool portion having a plurality of processing rollers coming into contact with a circular tube serving as a workpiece; a rotary drive device provided on a base and applying a relative torsional drive force between the circular tube and the tool portion; and a circular tube retaining device provided on the base to retain an unprocessed part of the circular tube. With respect to a circumferential position of the circular tube, the plurality of processing rollers are arranged at positions different from each other. Each of the plurality of processing rollers is capable of rotating about an axis inclined with respect to a tube axial direction of the circular tube. The circular tube retaining device retains the unprocessed part in such a manner that the circular tube moves in the tube axial direction without rotating when the rotary drive device is operated. The circular tube retaining device includes a retaining roller coming into contact with the unprocessed part. The retaining roller is capable of rotating about an axis perpendicular to the tube axial direction.
