The present invention provides a method and apparatus for predicting the risk of prostate cancer and/or prostate volume. More particularly, the present invention relates to methods and apparatus for providing and using models for predicting risk of prostate cancer and/or for predicting prostate volume. Methods and apparatus for predicting prostate cancer risk and/or prostate volume are provided, at least in part, using information from a panel of kallikrein markers.
