The present invention provides an efficient pretreatment of fibrous biomass raw material for the separation of hemicellulose and its overall utilization.In the present invention, a fiber biomass source material such as a fiber based biomass raw material is used as raw material, and a slurry method is pretreated for a fiber based biomass raw material, and a fiber based biomass raw material is polished by a ball mill, followed by a sieve, and a constant number of fiber based biomass raw material powder is obtained. The mixture is mixed with water and the ratio at room temperature to obtain a premixed solution of the slurry state of the fiber based raw material powder.By adjusting the reaction temperature, time and water content, the removal of the heat resistant hemicellulose of the fiber based raw material powder in the premixed liquid system of fiber based biomass source powder in slurry state is achieved.After the mixture is filtered, the filtrate is separated into a low dispersion degree hemicellulose by the gradient precipitation method, and the precipitate is dried and then stored.After the filter residue and the polar aprotic solvent and water are mixed, the mixture is stirred while being heated in a pressurized reaction bath for a predetermined time, then filtered and separated to obtain a high purity cellulose, washed with water, dried, and then stored.After the filtrate and the water are mixed, the powder is dried, and the precipitated powder is filtered, dried, and stored.The filter solution is decompressed and distilled to recover water, solvent and small amount of small molecule chemicals and circulate them.In the present invention, the production process is environmentally friendly, the cost is low, the dispersion of hemicellulose is low, the high yield is high, and the solvent is efficiently recovered, reusable, and environmentally friendly.
