A computer is described which creates a first registration and a second registration in a common wireless communication system. During operation, the computer performs a first registration of the user equipment via a first access, after the first registration the user equipment is connected to a first access and mobility management function (AMF) via the first access. The computer then carries out a second registration of the user equipment via a second access, the second access being different from the first access and, after the second registration, the user equipment being connected to a second AMF via the second access.
