To provide a caseless oil cooler having excellent brazing performance and reducing leakage by reducing a clearance between plates by improving molding accuracy of the plates, in a caseless oil cooler in which disc-shaped plates are stacked.SOLUTION: A disc-shaped first plate 2 has an inclined portion 6 inclined at an acute angle to an outer side with respect to a vertical line erected on a base plane from a peripheral edge of the base plane, a vertical portion 7 vertically erected substantially in parallel to the vertical line from an edge of the inclined portion 6, and an inclined portion 8 inclined at an acute angle to an outer side with respect to the vertical line from the edge of the vertical portion 7. Similarly, a disc-shaped second plate 3 has a vertical portion 9 substantially in parallel to the vertical line, an inclined portion 10 erected while inclined at an acute angle to the outer side with respect to the vertical line from the edge of the vertical portion 9, and a vertical portion 11 erected substantially in parallel to the vertical line from the edge of the inclined portion 10. The vertical portions 7, 9, and the inclined portions 6, 10 of the first plate 2 and the second plate 3 are aligned, and each of the contact portions is brazed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
